  • Scoring System: Quantified assessment of CV strength (0-100 scale)
  • Top Fixes: Prioritized recommendations with severity ratings (1-10)
  • Action Plans: Specific steps to improve your CV
  • Missing Keywords: Industry-specific skill suggestions
  • Interview Practice: AI-powered interview preparation tools

Free Tier

  • 3 CV analyses per day
  • View first 2 items in each feedback section
  • Basic CV scoring and top fixes
  • Interview practice access

Pay-Per-Report (£7.99)

  • One-time payment per premium report
  • Unlock all feedback sections
  • Complete ATS optimization tips
  • Full missing keywords analysis
  • Detailed action plans
  • No subscription or recurring charges

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during registration
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Not share your account with others
  • Upload only your own CV content or content you have permission to analyze
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the AI analysis system
  • Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Payment Terms

Pay-Per-Report Model

  • Price: £7.99 per premium report (one-time payment)
  • Processing: All payments processed securely through Stripe
  • Currency: Prices shown in GBP (£)
  • Receipt: Emailed confirmation upon successful payment
  • Access: Immediate unlock of premium features for that specific CV analysis

Refund Policy

  • Refunds available within 24 hours of purchase if no premium content was accessed
  • Request refunds by emailing support@cvanalyzer.com
  • No refunds for reports where premium content has been viewed
  • Disputed charges should be directed to support@cvanalyzer.com

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content

  • You retain all rights to your CV content
  • You grant us a temporary license to process and analyze your CV
  • We do not claim ownership of your resume or its content
  • CV files are deleted after analysis completion

Our Service

  • All service content, features, and functionality are owned by us
  • AI-generated feedback and suggestions remain our intellectual property
  • You may use the feedback for your personal job search purposes
  • Commercial use of our service or feedback requires written permission

7. Data Usage and Privacy

  • Your CV data is processed according to our Privacy Policy
  • CV files are automatically deleted after analysis
  • Analysis results are stored with your account until you delete them
  • We use OpenAI's API for analysis; data handling follows their policies
  • You can delete your account and all data at any time

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Abuse the daily usage limits through multiple accounts
  • Attempt to exploit or hack the service
  • Upload inappropriate or illegal content
  • Engage in fraudulent payment activity

You may delete your account at any time through account settings.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Accuracy of AI-generated feedback
  • Guaranteed job interview or employment outcomes
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service operation
  • Complete security against data breaches
  • Compatibility with all ATS systems

10. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Job application outcomes or hiring decisions
  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Data loss due to technical issues
  • Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated feedback
  • Third-party services (Google, GitHub, Stripe, OpenAI)
  • Loss of business opportunity or income
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Maximum liability: Limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months (maximum £7.99 per report).

11. AI-Generated Content

  • Feedback is generated using AI technology (OpenAI API)
  • AI suggestions should be reviewed and verified by you
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of all suggestions
  • You are responsible for the final content of your CV
  • AI feedback is for guidance purposes only

12. Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with:

  • Google OAuth: Subject to Google's terms
  • GitHub OAuth: Subject to GitHub's terms
  • Stripe Payments: Subject to Stripe's terms
  • OpenAI API: Subject to OpenAI's usage policies

Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Significant changes will be communicated via:

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in UK courts.
